Elliness Publishing was born from gratitude.
Its name honors the two families who shaped my life. Ellis comes from my mother’s family, and Hines from my father’s maternal family, who lovingly raised me through my grandmother. Although those two families were never united by marriage, I united them in the name of my publishing company.
Every book published under the Elliness name is, in its own way, a tribute to the people who loved me, guided me, encouraged me, and helped shape the woman I have become.
My hope is that, beyond the stories themselves, you will also find the values that inspired this name—love, resilience, quiet strength, gratitude, and the enduring power of family.
